Great location near public transport and cafes/restaurants. Spacious, clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Powerful shower.

Dark apartment on the ground floor next to the main entrance. People smoking right outside and looking into the bedroom.

The apartment felt very homely and welcoming after a long 12 hour journey

There was no-where to leave our keys when we left really early in the morning and the reception is only open during normal working hours

The coach that was turned to a bed was incredibly hard.

Requested a double room and got a newly refurbished, well-lit room with all the necessary amenities. 😊

Apartment was very clean and tidy, Staff were nice and the location was great, not too far from the Imtech (13.50 Euro in a taxi), not too far from a train station and 2 rows of shops

No Wifi, Hated not having wifi, erm also the lady said how long did we want to stay before we checked out and agreed 12:30 and we got a few knocks at the door at around 11 and 11:30.

The rooms were bright and new-fashioned, included a nice kitchen and a telephone. The beds were comfortable, like a cloud. Its location was central, a short walk to Hanse Spielcasino.

The location of this place is fantastic and the staff is really friendly.

Clean and tidy.

No one there at arrival, no idea what we were supposed to do, was left pretty much starnded. Terrible location, very difficult to get transport anywhere.Unless you are German and know the area I wouldnt recommend. Also extremely overpriced.

What a lovely, spacious apartment we had for our family of 5! The kitchen was very convenient for our family...& It was nice to sit separately to the bedrooms. The bathroom has been renovated nicely, & it was so good to have a bath tub for the children. The location was great.

There was no freezer or microwave, but apart from that everything was wonderful!! Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice place, had a really good time on vacation. The staff are friendly and really helpful. The location is awesome, just 4 km away from a zoo 🐾 and 200 meters from a restaurant.

This hotel is a great option for anyone visiting Hamburg. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city center and nearby subway stops. The staff members are friendly and always available to answer questions. The rooms are clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities including kitchen facilities and a good bathroom. Additionally, the option for an extra bed is a convenient feature. The hotel also offers breakfast for added convenience.

All aspects of this hotel were up to par.

Everything about Apartmenthaus is good, The place is very centrally located, the staff members are very nice and helpful. The apartments are very good and comfortable with lot of facilities. All in All its a great place to stay and i would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I can not say enough good things about Apartmenthaus Hamburg. The staff were fantastic! The hotel was very clean. We stayed in the 6 person apartment and the entire family loved it. We were headed into Hamburg and it was recommended we purchase the Hamburg Pass at the bus stop which gets us a discount at restaurants, attractions, one days worth of Uban and bus access, etc. We weren't sure how to purchase one and just as we were about to give up one of the reception staff from Apartmenthaus Hamburg happened to come along, guide us through the process, speak to the bus driver, stayed with us onthe bus to the UBan and made sure we were comfortable with our travels. Amazing!! And as promised we received a discount at the several attractions. Definately the way to go.

Parking was tight. We got lucky and left the car in the courtyard for 2 days but I'm sure there were others who had to find parking on the street which was scarce.
